JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform offshore development activities:
  • Technical analysis of business requirements to produce specifications
  • Draft and update use cases, when required
  • Setup development environment, project structure
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications in Salesforce Platform.
  • Salesforce consultancy experience and used to working in a delivery centric environment.
  • Developing and maintaining Enterprise Salesforce Solution and related custom or standard processes.
  • Proficiency in deploying changes using Change Sets, ensuring smooth transitions and updates.
  • Prepare unit test cases, E2E automation test and plans.
  • Follow guidelines from Control, Quality and Procedures Section: JIRA workflow, DevOps and build strategies, software development standards and best practices, security instructions,…
  • Follow client Standards
  • Adhere to the acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done
  • Ensure documentation of software/changes is maintained and at quality in accordance with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Build project team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills/experiences:

  • At least 6 years of experience in working in Software development with Java, JavaScripts and Configuration.
  • Strong programming skills in Apex (Salesforce’s proprietary language) or Java.
  • At least 4 years of experience in working with Salesforces application development
  • Extensive experience in backend development with Apex, LWC, VisualForce, Aura, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc for building custom Salesforce applications.
  • Experience in web development, ideally with the Salesforce Lightning Component, Salesforce Force.com Platform, Salesforce Service Cloud Framework for Web development.
  • Familiar with build tools such as Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, SonarQube or Copado
  • At least 4 years of experience working with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres, Oracle,…)
  • Experience in creating and managing both custom and standard processes within Salesforce.
  • Has experience in automated testing platforms and unit tests for both Backend and Frontend such as Mockito, Selenium, Provar, Karma, Jasmine,…
  • Has knowledge and practicing about DevOps practices and tools chain (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Apache Kafka Connect,…)

Soft skills/experiences:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Agile SCRUM, has understanding about Agile Manifesto and SCRUM events.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other teams, balancing configuration versus code, and mapping functional requirements to existing functionalities.
  • Has ability and willing to coach in Salesforce to build team
  • Efficient communication in English: self-introduction, interview, and presentation, discussion in SCRUM events
  • Has experience or willing to work with European client
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
